The narrative centers around a leader who must contend with bandit gangs and genetically engineered biological monsters created by Sane Technology, ultimately striving to unify the West through strategic alliances.

Players assume the role of a leader tasked with governing a town within this richly developed world. The core objectives revolve around enhancing town infrastructure and bolstering military capabilities, with the ultimate aspiration of ascending to the position of king of the West World.
